Processing time

The exact processing time of each garment is variable depending on several factors (e.g. item design, fabrics and complexity). Designs which feature stitching, multiple materials, decorative embellishments, and intricate patterns may require additional time.

Standard Order          20-30 days

Rush Order         15 business days  ($29.99 rush fee)

Shipping time

It takes about 3-8 business days to transport your package from our facilities to your place. The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during the Checkout processes. There are two shipping methods:

Expedited Shipping - Delivery time is between 3-5 days to major destinations.

Standard Shipping - Delivery time is between 6-8 days to major destinations.

Shipping fees

The shipping fee is charged considering the destination and the weight of your package. 

Note: Custom Duty (VAT) is not included in the shipping fee charged online. Customers need to handle tax or duty in person.
