I was quite unsure about how this works, but the customer service is very nice and fast. I got promised my dress would be there in time and it actually came weeks earlier than expected.
I'm also happy that it didn't cost extra to have the dress custom made! So it fit me perfectly too!
It looked just like I thought it would and I had many many compliments at my prom :)
Even though I might not have many occasions to wear this dress again, it made my day and I felt absolutely beautiful, so even if it's only for one night, it's definetly worth buying!

TERRIBLE!!! Save yourself,shop elsewhere. the dress was hideous, measurement was made wrong, they put on the wrong sleeves, it was shipped to the wrong address which they never tried to follow up on but instead had me follow up on it though I has busy preparing for events, they never fully Refunded me(rush charge, and 2 additional charges for sleeves) but the worst part of all was
Their CUSTOMER SERVICE....... They spoke poorly to me, never once admitted their mistakes, but continued to try and argue with me over 40+ messages. I had to speak to my attorney About contacting them. They knew there would be a bad review so they Made a fake review about the same dress I purchased as well as a review on the dress that inspired the sleeves.

To make it easier for you to walk post-ceremony and dance, our seamstresses add buttons, or ribbons into the dress by lifting up the train or tucking it into itself.
There are 3 ways in which our seamstresses can bustle the dress, and our seamstresses choose the best bustle style for your dress. If you like a bustle type particularly, please leave a note when place the order.

Type one：Button Bustle

This style has invisible popper buttons sewn in the lower part of the train, snapping them together will allow you to lift up the hem and create a floor length look.

Type two：Over Bustle

This style has covered buttons at the waistline of your dress, so the train can be lifted up itself.

Type three：Ribbon Bustle

This style has a ribbon loop on the train, which can be wore on your arm. The train would be lifted up and give you an elegant look.
